Christopher Sparacino has been working with Marcus & MilliChap as their realty advisor for over a decade. He approached me to design a brand identity for his new company called SRA. The logo needs to display an air of luxury while very simple at the same time.
My job was to create the identity that would help SRA to differentiate them from other competitors that predominantly use logo that contains buildings or rooftops.
The idea behind the underlined “S” is to represent a great support/foundation on buildings they're going to market, in this case, apartments blocks in the Oakland Bay Area.
A bottom thick line as a solid foundation to support the company.
A simple change to the "R" adds ownership.
